After being postponed for several times, the deadline for aligning the activity of traders using sales management software (СУПТО/SUPTO) with the requirements of Regulation H-18 will not be extended. This was confirmed at the meeting between the National Revenue Agency and the Bulgarian Association of Information Technology with presence of developers of software for sales management.
***UPDATE: Ministry of Finance postponed the deadline for declaration of sales management software (СУПТО/SUPTO) by 6 months.
Dates are listed chronologically as follows:
January 31, 2020
All persons using sales management software, whether or not registered under the VAT Act, must bring the software they use into compliance with the regulatory requirements and change or modify their fiscal devices by January 31, 2020.
A manufacturer/distributor may distribute software that does not meet the requirements set out in this Regulation by January 31, 2020.
From February 1, 2020, fiscal vouchers issued by the ЕСФП should also contain data on the amount of VAT, excise duty, and purchase and sale price of fuels in each cash receipt.
February 29, 2020
The persons who perform servicing and repair of IASUTD, shall bring their activity in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Certificates of registration issued to these persons are valid until February 29, 2020.
March 31, 2020
Persons using sales management software shall submit information on the software they use at stores by 31 March 2020.
The persons who have chosen the alternative possibility of reporting the sales – СУПТО with a standardized audit file – shall bring their activity in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation by March 31, 2020.
Persons who sell goods or services through an e-shop and fulfill the conditions stipulated in the ordinance are obliged to bring their activity in compliance with all requirements by March 31, 2020.
April 30, 2020
Persons who perform service and repair of fiscal devices shall bring their activity in compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Certificates of registration issued to these persons are valid until April 30, 2020.
May 31, 2020
Persons who have opted for the alternative reporting of the sales – СУПТО with a standardized audit file – shall submit information about the software used at the stores by May 31, 2020.
Persons who sell goods or services through an e-shop and fulfill the conditions set out in Ordinance shall submit information regarding the software they use by May 31, 2020.
